Refund & Exchange Policy –
Exchanges will be given within 28 days from date of purchase.
The original receipt must be provided as proof of purchase.
Products and packaging must be returned in original condition.
Please choose carefully, as refunds will not be given if you simply change your mind, or make the wrong decision.
You can choose between and exchange or refund if an item has a major problem.
This is when it doesn't do what we said it would, is unsafe, is significantly different from the sample or description,
or has a problem which would have prevented someone else from purchasing it.
Returns by mail, will take a minimum of two weeks to process. In the case of online purchase,
customers are liable for return postage costs.
